IH 240 FAST HITCH

HAVE A 1959 IH 240 WITH OPTIONAL "FAST HITCH AND TRACTION CONTROL". I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE TRACTION CONTROL DOES, AND WHAT THE LEVER SELECTIONS DO. ALSO, HAS ANYONE EVER REBUILT THE POWER STEERING CYLINDER UNDER THE DASH, I HAVE A PRETTY GOOD LEAK. THANKS. SSSEWARD
