leaky seal super c

I have a super c which I am going thru and today I pulled the brake pedals off so I could get in there and do a better clean up job for painting. I see that there is differential fluid leaking around that shaft that runs thru the tractor to the other side for the clutch pedal. are those seals replaceable? and if so, do I get at it from the outside of the tractor? I hope so...someone let me know...am so close to being done with my restore I can smell it...thanks
