Tire Size for Diamond tread ???

Late 40's B Farmall with 11-28 rears. Can I install 9.5-24's or 14.9-24's diamond tread tires on this tractor. Have woods mower on it and like the speed at which it mows now. Any ideas folks??? Thanks. Ken
