the two screws that allow the rotor to be moved the teeth allow the rotor to be placed at the wire terminal correct simple happens a lot just fixed one for a friend after many had played with it can usually tell when wires arent in the right place bought a tractor at the RED POWER show was all goofed up guy had given up on block had a crack among other things had new tires WOODS mower new carb and rebuilt starter ground off the glob weld sealed it with the rubber stuff they use for sealing windsheilds put on thick and wide got everything else working and lo it starts and runs great no leaks will use it that way has 5hrs on it now and everything looks good guess have found a great way to fix a busted block might just as well use it that way as its no good the way it was be fun to see how long the rubber cement will last show no sign of leaking
