Don: If my memory serves me correctly that 276 is a bit more than a B-275 with B-414 sheet metal. The 276 is actually a gas version of those tractors. The B-275 probably came out about 56-57, 276 about 1.5 to 2 years later. B-275 had about a 3 year production run and was followed by B-414 These being British tractors, built at Doncaster England, B-275 and B-414 are diesel only and other than minor improvments only difference is sheet metal. I don't believe the 276 was ever sold in Great Britian. I believed it was produced soley for the North American market, Guys in northern US and Canada liked these little tractors, just couldn't get these British Diesels started Nov. to April. Some of them wouldn't even start in a cool morning in May, June, Sept and Oct. That only left July and Aug. you were sure of them. I had a neighbour, bought two of them, always said it was good he kept SC and a chain to use as pup start.
