The pin that holds the shifter in the transmission of my H came out. I found that the hole in the left side of the transmission is "wallered" out. The pin has no wear on it, but the casting does. There was also the remnants of what appeared to be a bushing still in the hole on the left. The hole on the right appears to be a blind hole or full of "gunk". Is the hole suppose to go all the way through both sides? Is the hole on the left suppose to be bigger than the one on the right? What is the pin suppose to look like? What is suppose to hold it in? Friction? Thanks, Hal
