This is Don the amatuer, Thank for replying to my problem. Farmall Paul, There was about half a glass of antifreeze that came out first when I drained the oil. I do not know how to do one of these pressure test thru the radiator cap. Where can I get a tester like this? I have the oil pan off because the pet-cock that check the high level oil mark has been twisted off. I have the pet-cock soaking in liquid wrench to try and get it freed up. I have made a diamond shaped peice that I will spot weld back on if I can get it freed up. If not, I will try to get a used one or new one. If I don't make the radiator cap test I will have to make a decision to look at the o-ring sleeve seals or put the new head gasket on and see what happens. I cleaned the carbon from the pistons heads and the area where the head meats the engine block. I then used the hand crank to move the pistons and I noticed the right side of the #2 sleeve had tiny drops of water on it. This makes me think the problem is the head gasket. Otherwise, if an o-ring or o-rings were bad, antifreeze would be entering the oil pan from between the sleeve and engine block. Then pumped into the system and all cylinder would be showing water. Would I be correct in thinking this way?

What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
