Farmall 100 Help

I have Two questions about a Farmall 100 I recently Purchased.

1. Oil Pressure... When First Started Oil Pressure runs about in the Middle of the Gauge.. after it has been run mowing for an hour or so it
drops considerably..Supposedly motor has been rebuilt New Bearings Rings etc. No changes in sound either it purrs like a kittin any Ideas.

2. The seat on the machine is the type with the large Coil Spring and a Shock Absorber under it.
My Parts manual does not show this seat and the Case/IH Dealer tells me that it nevr came with the type seat I have, it sure does not look as though it has been changed?????????????
