Chance to buy Model F-Cub

I'm new at this tractor stuff (except for Gravely walk behinds) so bear with me. I have 1st dibs on a Model F-Cub. I don't see a year on it, is that in the serial No.? Also, it smokes a little after it runs for a little while, do these models have sleeves that can be replaced? What would be a reasonable price for this and what would a belly mower cost for it? It has a sicle bar and plow with it.
