IH-140 Gear Box Oil- Is there a plug to drain the oil?

Thanks for the responses below on replacing the pto and belt pully seals.

The oil that is running out of the gear box from around the pto shaft looks milky. I'm wondering if I should and can drain the oil completely from the gear box and then put in new oil.

Is there a drain plug on the gear box? If so, would you put something like "Seafoam" in the box and run for a few minutes before you drain the oil?

The milky look may be normal. I'm use to working on outboard motors and milky gear lube means water in the oil. Condensation would be the only way water would get in the gear box on a IH-140.
