Farmall F-20 Clutch Help???

I need to get the clutch out of my 1936 F-20. How do I go about doing that? I have the add on road gear if that makes a difference. The clutch disengages when the tractor is in gear (barely) but if the tractor is in neutral it will not disengage. You can slide the tranny into the road gear (with some grinding) then the clutch will disengage, then you can shift into any gear and take it out of raod gear and go. What is the problem, throw out bearing, lining, etc???
