F-12 Single Front wheel (cast)

Hello. Hope you all out there can help me out. I just got me a front rim for my F-12. None of the 'guts' are there. I need to know if any of you have an exploded view of what goes where. The rim has been outside and has surface rust, which in itself is not problem, but the bearing surfaces look pretty rusted. How can I fix this? What do you all recemmend. All you help will be greatly apprecaited. THANKS in Advance.
