Now thats a good one , ya have steering and rear hdy's but no pto and no go and all ya did was rebuild the clutch booster ?????????? Since the hdy. pumps run off the same shaft as the pto . (1) ya do not have the linkage set correctly on the clutch booster and the clutch is disengauged even with the pedal out. (2) when ya went to engauge the PTO ya sheared the tiny littel pin in the valve or the clutch pact snap ring pop out . just some thoughts.
