1066 won't move

1066 won't move. Leaking clutch booster repaired, new fluid and filter, new rear tires and the damn thing won't budge an inch and the pto no longer works. Lift and steering ok. Any help needed bad. On the verge of selling to get rid of. Everything worked before repairs, etc. made.
