Dad & I tried a deere 4-14 pull plow in 20 acres of old corn ground behind Our Super M-TA.... and in our rolling clay hills it was a REAL load in 2nd. in north western IL. The 450 the following year would run easily in 3rd with the Fast Hitch 4-14's. 2nd in sod though.... We never plowed with the Super H.... but I expect in was good for only 2-14's in 3rd in corn...2nd in alfalfa sod. Even after We turned the pump on the 4010-D up to 105 HP it was still only a good 4 bottom tractor...Just didn't have the weight or tire (15.5's) to pull 5-14's. We tried 5-14's for a year or so but finally pulled the back bottom off the Case pull plow We had at the time. We didn't plow especially deep... but it did pull hard!
