Trans-coupling seal replace on H

Ok I got the seal to the liftall in...YEA!
Now I need to do this one. I have the shaft from the clutch removed and I have the bolt in the center removed.
How does this one come out? not screwed in also is it?
I also noticed some play or wiggle if you will.
From transmision side after I removed the shaft to the clutch. I hope a bearing is not bad :-(
