Right, no water pump. One can be put on, I believe from a C but I think it requires a new fan and some other items, and if the A's cooling system is clean not needed. Installing a temp gauge requires a change of the upper hose mount on the engine I believe from that of a C, it has a hole for the gauge to mount in the water jacket. Advanced timing can cause some heat problems. If you are working the tractor hard and it's not boiling over everything is normal. The system isn't pressurized so a boilover will happen at a lower tempature than say a modern car.
