I just moved to the texas panhandle area and I wanted to fix a leak on the fast hitch control valve on my super c. Well I called the local dealer and he told me he can't get parts for them old tractors anymore. He said that all of the farmalls here are in museums. that may be true but I sure don't understand why a case/IH dealer can't get parts for it. I never had any trouble in Pa. I called the dealer in Pennsylvania and told him what I needed and he said he had to order one part in but as soon as it arrived he would ship them right out to me. He did jack the prices a little since I no longer work there but at least he had what I needed. Why can't the dealer here in Lubbock get anything? I Needed to go there and get some Hytran but he will probably say he can't get that too. Does anyone know of a good substitute for it just in case?
