Dan, you should , as nicely as possible tell the dealer you got the parts from a dealer elsewhere and that there is no excuse for not getting these parts. Case-I-H has warehouses full..I have had no problem getting anything for my H's and M ,sometimes you have to order and it is here the next day by noon. There are some great partsmen who will go through the microfiche and or old parts books to help you and then there are those who just say "We can't get that anymore..obsolete, you know" and that's a shame.
