Hi guys! First off Im not here to make trouble, I have a few serious questions to ask yall. My uncle has a Farmall 706 gas, he has had it for about 30 years and hasnt done much with it besides feed with it when the diesels wont start. It looks real bad, it has set out side all of its life, the paint is very bad, no seat etc. The tires are fair. It is widefront, with T/A, and FastHitch/3pt. I dont know what he wants for it, if he even wants to sell it. But I thought I would ask him so that I could have a winter project. Since its gas I was wounder how hard it would be to find either a D-283 or a D-310 to slap in there. Do you think anyone would want the old gas engine that is in there? If I got this tractor I would use it for pulling a mower/conditioner and farm stock pulling. In your guys' opinon what would be a good starting price on a tractor in this condition? I figured after work tomorrow I would run over there and hit him up about it. Hope yall can help!!! Thanks! John

"Run in the house and get me a...."as I open th
