We had a 706 gas for years and our opinion was the opposite of you guys. That was a cold blooded tractor, had to have the choke out part way until it got warmed completely. Seems it always had a miss, either plugs, points or something. Not knocking the 706 gas but once we got our first diesel there was never anything but on the farm again with the exception of the old Super H and 350.
