569 ih ,still having black smoke

i have the luck!ok guys heres the deal .i have a deisel 560 and it has a turbo charger and its a blowin black smoke but its running smooth.i've tried the air filter(check everything to the turbo)fuel lines and tank (cleaned out and replaced with fresh deisel)and added injector cleaner,i have checked the oil pressure relief valve.i still have not hit the problem ,but am willing to go further if yall can give me some more ideas.thanks for the old and new replies
