The seat that you have is probably the 39 style of seat. The 39 style seat was actually used into 1940, with its use ending somewhere around the 15,000th H built.. I placed a pic to illustrate the seat assembly. As for your throttle, it is an aftermarket attachment. The throttle plate that was originally on the tractor, was the round disk sector (with saw tooth notches) and a handle with an opposing tooth to hold its position on the sector. As for your wheels. The steel wheel attachment was available from thestart to end of production. the wheels which you have, are the original steel wheel hub and spokes, with the rim ad lugs removed. The rim for rubber was then welded to the spokes, thus putting your tractor on rubber.. by the way, post the serial number of your tractor..
