3 Pt. hitch on farmall

Sorry guys, I know someone asked this a week or two ago, but can you tell me again what the part is that you can use on a 3 point hitch to pull wagons, trailers etc? I kept one of the pics that had a home-made job, but you can buy them as well??? Thanks, again, for your help. It is invaluable!
