Is the oil actually coming out around the spark plug, or leaking down from the valve cover to the spark plug and on down the engine? If it is coming out around the plug, I would think that plug would have to be fouled and the tractor missing out all the time. Try pulling the plug and see if it's fouled. Then check to see if there is a gasket on it. Even if oil was pumping to the top of that cylinder at a rapid rate, the spark plug should seal tightly enough to trap it in the cylinder! If that cylinder is pumping oil badly, you should be noticing some blue smoke out of the exhaust at some point. Check to see how much oily crud is packed in around that plug. Maybe when the engine gets warm it simply "melts" a little oil out of the stuff in that pocket.
