H is pumping oil out around a spark plug. (?)

I cleaned up the engine, ran the tractor out past the barn and back and noticed the oil had leaked (again) out around the 2nd spark plug and it ran down the block.
Exhaust has a trace of smoke when you start it, then its clear. Engine seems to run okay. (Its either not missing or else it isn't firing at all on that one.) I haven't changed the plugs in the last 8-10 years and was going to wait until after I painted the tractor. (Not a restoration, just a clean up fix up for a working tractor) Had the generator rebuilt last week. It still discharged (more and more as rpms went up) Struck a spark across F & G and then it charged sometimes. Cleaning the reg contacts and tightening the contact spring solved those problems.
The oil around that plug has me wondering though. Anybody seen this before? Thank you. Respectfully, Johnny Angel
