I agree with Scotty that the screen filter inside the unit may be blocked. I rebuilt my unit on my '51 Super C and it is not a difficult job but you need to work slow and pay attention and have a clean work area. Pay particular attention to the spools as you take them out. No scratches and they are not interchangable. They were hand fit at the factory and must go back in the same place. I bought the IH kit -- $80 bucks for o rings and a couple of gaskets but it all fit and I had no leaks and it worked perfectly the first time.
