If you really have to count your dollars, be careful: this sort of thing gets away from you real fast. It will depend on how much you do yourself and what your own labor/time is worth. For cost accounting purposes, be sure and deduct from the total any money you would have spent on therapy otherwise!
Good luck with your project; you're luck to have a family tractor to work on,... that's going to be special!
