Jason, it's sounds like the engine in your BN could be in as hard a shape as mine was. Like Dave noted, you'll more than likely have to drive one or more pistons out the hard way, depending on where the valves were when the engine last stopped. You might try pulling the plugs and soalking the cylinders in your favorite penetrating lubricant, but I wouldn't hold out a lot of hope. Three months of soaking and mine never budged. The head will more than likely need a good going over, as well. On mine, we even had to do inserts for the valve seats, the water had done so much damage. The rest, as they say, is bearings, seals and paint! (I wish it WERE that simple!) If you're up to it, though, it could be a fun and interesting project, especially if the tractor was your grandfsther's. Good luck, and holler if you need any guidance. Plenty of that around here!
