i now that the block is crack because the water wouldnt have come out thruo the sleeve i see what i want to do is fill the cracks with the chem weld only because there will be no real amount of preasure to this area the sleeve thats the comp force. the only thing the weld would have to do is withstand the temp in my thouhgt. maybe i am wrong to asume this. i know that if i just put in the sleeve it could leek water in to the crack case maybe there is another opertunity for i am looking to keep it all the same cause i plan to restore this one. but if no is other way than i will find a new block.
