There is an oil return passage at the top of the control valve that should allow excess fluid pressure to drain back down into the box. Either it's plugged up with muck or a piece of old o-ring, or the valve has worn to the point where the passage isn't large enough to handle the increased leakage between the spool and the valve body. I rebuilt mine three years ago. Then, you could only get some of the ordinary parts like seals, gaskets, some bearings and o-rings. Oh yeah, I priced a sector shaft and found there were 15 new ones left @ $650. ea. Now I'm doing another but manual and it's worse. I had to locate a case gasket out of NOS in TN. You're going to have to use the web to track down that bearing. And, just because the biggest bearing supply house tells you it's NLA doesn't mean you won't find it somewhere else. I'll try to answer any other questions if you wish.
