Thanks for the post.. I've noted the two outlets on the left and the one on the right. I am so new to this, however I rode with my grandfather as a child on his Ford tractor and I rememember the powerlift would not work until the clutch was released.

I assume this is the case with this belly pump as well.

I read somewhere that some people are mounting a hydraulic pump between the distributor and the engine. If that is the case, it would seem that would be active all the time.

This cylinder on the left side seems original. I'm wondering if it will apply pressure both ways. Again I'm new to all this. Thanks for your patience.
