IH 240 Tractor - Rebuild or not?

I recently bought an early 1960's IH model 240 utility tractor. While going through it, I was checking the engine compression. I had between 135 - 138 psi in 3 cylinders but 0 in the other. When I pulled the head, I discovered it had a stuck valve. I am having the head redone and replacing the water pump. The question I have is should I go ahead and have the block redone (new pistons, sleeves, and bearings) or just redo the top end? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks Joe
