I have been able to fix 2 bowls that were leaking badly. One was leaking from the threads where the sediment bowl scres into the tank. You could use some silicone sealer on that, but I wrapped my threads in silicon tape and it stopped pronto. The other was leaking from everywhere. A new cork gasket and disassembling the petcock and wrapping all the threads in silicon tape stopped it too. If it starts leaking, just replace the tape. Fixes don't get much cheaper or simpler. My 2 cents.
