Bob- Thanks for the reply! I do not have the one wire alternator. Actually, it has 2 (or possibly 3). There is one large wire (maybe 10 gauge) on the side of the alternator, labeled "BAT". This connects to a hot terminal. Then, there are two spade terminals on the other side, connected to a Delco type plastic connector, which combines them to a single wire. This runs to the switched side of the ignition switch. I also installed a diode inline from the delco connector to the ignition switch. It sounds like this replaces the warning lamp or resistor in your system. Thanks again for your help! -Krey
