Dan, You may have a model 214, which is an early sixties vintage item which was available in either a Fast Hitch or 3-point version (probably one of IH's first 3-point rollover plows). I've never seen a 214, but 314s (the 3-bottom version) show up at auctions around here fairly often, and one of those had a manual included with it which also described the 214. Only thing you describe which doesn't ring a bell is the blue tail wheel color, the ones I've seen on the 314s were originally red as best I can recall. Hope maybe this is helpful. If you're interested in pursuing this further, try giving Lee Grady at the State Historical Society of Wisconsin a call (608/264-6400). They maintain the IH company archives, and he has a 1958 master parts catalog for IH plows along with tons of other information. Have fun.

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
