I cussed the former owner of my Super C. He had cut off one of the axles with a cutting torch. I ended up finding a replacement at the salvage yard when I restored it. I have seen a lot of them cut off, but I don't understand why anyone would want to distroy the original axles by cutting them off. I realize that it can be hard on the garage if you aren't careful when you drive in, as my dad cut a hole in the side of the grainary with the Super H long axle by driving too close to the wall.
