Take off the wheel and rim(of course you have to jack it up).Remove the 4 bolts that hold the cap on.Remove the seal (or seals,I cant remember).Put in your new one(s) and put it back together.You should also replace the gasket as well.For me it was easier to get a peice of gasket paper and make a new one.I live a good ways from my CaseIH dealer.I have been able to grease them good and stop a leak but have had to eventually replace it.But like I said its been a while since I have had to do that but I think there is a regular seal as well a felt one.I dont remember what I did for that.
