Need info on B 250 diesel

I never posted a message on the net before so i hope this works.I'm looking at a small tractor to use on my farm.I found this little critter languishing on someones back forty not too far from me.It is made by International Harvester of Great Britain Ltd. Model# B 250 diesel, serial#26795.It is in poor condition but looks repairable to me.In it's favor it has a small front end loader and hydrolics out the wazoo.What I would like to know is.. What year is it? Is an owners manual available for it? Is it a small brother to the 275? Oh,the pto is not live and the transmission is a five speed. in case that helps on I.D..Am I going to be able to find parts for this thing without having to fly it back to "Old Blighty"? Any info or comments would be very thankfully recieved.
