The B250 was a British built diesel tractor using the BD144D engine of 3 3/8" bore x 4" stroke developing 35hp at 1,750 rpm. They were built from 1956 to 1961. The one that you have found is a 1959 model.
The B275 was a later tractor using the same engine, but with a 10 speed gearbox and live hydraulics.
I'm sure an owners manual could be found here in the UK. The tractors are plentiful here and are very popular for ploughing.
