Saw a WD40 once that had hydraulics,where the owner had removed the crankshaft pulley and installed a double pulley in it's place. The pump and reservoir were mounted to the right side of the motor with the drive taken from the new pulley. Said it worked well. Shouldn't be hard to find a pump unit off an old Header (sorry, Combine.) Another option would be to take the drive from the belt pulley but it wouldn't be live. Just some thoughts. Redfan.
