My dad had an H and a tool box was located down on the pipe seat support. It was two thin tin type panels rivetet to each side of the pipe just under the seat. He also bought a tool box from the IH dealer that went in front of the headlight support bar and hooked to the bottom and top of the plate welded to the pipe the headlights were attached to. It had a flip up top to keep water out.
