The H & M Farmalls I grew up around (Dads, Uncles and neighbors) had dealer installed boxes above the PTO shaft. They bolted on with the transmission cover bolts and had to be removed to install cultivators and mounted corn pickers. Yup, they collected everything and everything in there stayed pretty greasy/oily/dirty. A popular aftermarket box was a heavy affair that was a fueling step as well and had heavy angle hangers for the box which measures 9x3x32. I like these and try to find them at auctions. Dick
