I have a I&T shop manual for my F30. Nothing on torque specs. The connecting rods I just snugged them tight. Had to remove some shims from #2 and #3 to take out play. With cotter pins going back into the bolt thru the castle nuts, they will stay snugg tight. The head I tightened hard after running the tractor.
