W-30 torque specifications

I can not find the torque specifications of the McCormick Deering W-30 or F-30, IHC 4 cyl. 284 ci motor. I need the cyl. head, connecting rods, and intermediate main bearings torque. I have looked at over 50 different internet sites, asked the IHC dealer, called every machine shop in 200 miles, and searched the internet for a manual that has the information. No luck. Can you help?
