Moisture in Crankcase on 706

We use our 706 Farmall(gas) for plowing snow, hauling wood, and running a PTO sawmill. We don't put many hours on it and at times it sits for a month or two without being run. When I check the oil, there is always a yellowish creamy foam on the dipstick above the oil level, and on the sides of the dipstick tube. I cleaned the aluminum filter element on the breather tube, and it wasn't real dirty or plugged. The coolant level doesn't go down and the tractor has plenty of power, so I think the headgasket is OK. Does anyone else have this moisture problem, or would this be normal for a tractor used in these situations? Anything else I could check? I live in central Minnesota.
