What you are describing is the normal condensation that occurs when a tractor is only used for light loads or short periods of time. The oil never gets hot enough to boil the water out.

I recommend changing the oil every 2 or 3 months when you see this condition. Water in the oil like this creates an acid that will eat away at the bearings.

OR be sure to put the tractor under a good load and fully warm it up whenever you start it up.
