syphoning ? No. It is stored in a open barn, but I have 10 gallons of gas right next to it in easy open cans. No sucking needed.
Carb is wet, I would bet it leaks. The problem is I shut the gas off just after the tank.
Heck may be it does suck gas like my old 69 Buick. I was just thinking about evaporation? Tanks not wet at all though.HMMMMMMM
