560 Diesel Head/Gasket problem

My 560D is bubbling the coolant in its radiator and I'm in the process of getting the head removed. Once I have it off, I may have a better knowledge of whether its the head gasket or a cracked head. I did notice when I loosened the head bolts, that some weren't torqued to the 120 Ft/lbs. This encouraged me that maybe I just have a head gasket leaking. At any rate, with the head off, I'm going to have it magnafluxed and level surfaced. Does anyone have an approximate cost that I'll be looking at?
Also, should I replace the head bolts?
