Australia built the AM, AW6, AWD6, AM7 etc etc at the Geelong, Victoria works. Geelong is near Melbourne the capital of Victoria.
I have a document that mentions the IHC works at Dandenong Victoria but I have no further info on this.
I have an email from a person in New Zealand who has a British made BM but he did not mention the city it was made in.
